Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return request.

To be eligible for a return, the product must remain sealed, unused, and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and promptly contact us if the item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect. We are committed to resolving any issues to your satisfaction.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item first and proceed with a new purchase after your return has been accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without the need to provide a reason. The returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
